Fellow Homeowners:
As previously advised Treasure Coast has done the analysis of the irrigation system in the front yards and sidewalks of the property and will begin the upgrade work on Monday 20th and end on Friday 24th of June. The utility companies are on site today marking underground locations of wires. The Treasure Coast work will entail the installation of 166 new 6” Spray Heads as follows:
Plume Way; add 61 and move 3
Jute Lane; add 18
Hyperion Way; add 41 and move 7
Kalista Court; add 25
LeClaire Lane; add 9
Miranda Circle; add 12
As you know for the second consecutive year we have experienced severe drought conditions which have exposed the deficiency in the irrigation system. This deficiency needed to be addressed immediately to avert any further damage to the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause you.
